Executive Remuneration - what is an appropriate remuneration level?

In addition to empirical evidence and our extensive experience, OTA uses publicly listed data on the remuneration of executives from companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

This enables OTA to suggest market-related, reasonable, defendable remuneration levels to executives, non-executive directors and remuneration committees .

In addition, an OTA sign-off complies with Corporations Law Section 211: "Member approval is not needed to give a financial benefit...(if) to give the remuneration would be reasonable".
