Owen has consulted / presented to the boards of Australia's leading and fastest growing organisations including S&P/ASX 100 corporations, offshore listed subsidiaries and Australia's larger private companies. He is a regular speaker at seminars and also frequently quoted in the financial press.
Owen specialises in the area of the design and implementation of executive option and employee equity ownership plans. He is highly numerate and provides capital markets and performance reporting effects for the incentives that he designs.

Prior to 2000 and undertaking a career in remuneration Owen worked for over fifteen years in the treasury area of some of the worlds largest banks. He fulfilled the role of Head of Trading at Rothschild Australia and gathered extensive skills and hands on experience in the analysis and evaluation of risk and returns. Before joining Rothschild Australia he worked as a treasury specialist for KPMG. His treasury background has given him a unique understanding of the valuation and design of executive options and incentives.
